The Dissociatet colt wasn't the only purchase Clo made at the sales. She couldn't help but fall in love with the young mare that was led around the ring. The moment they mentioned her ability to turn into a koi she was sold. Clo led the mare out of her trailer and into the filly paddock. The young halfblood Time Steeds skittered away from the new arrival at first, but Clo knew that it would take some time for them to fully accept her. Time Steeds had a unique genetic code that bonded them to each other; Calico didn't have any. The mare didn't seem that bothered however; when Clo unclipped her leadrope from her headcollar she happily trotted off into the centre of the paddock without a second glance to the others. The other horses watched her anxiously from one side of the paddock, and Clo leaned on the fence as she too watched the new mare get used to her surroundings. She chuckled as she saw where the mare was heading, and sure enough She headed straight for the small lake. She stopped short of it and looked down at the water, before leaping into it as a large koi fish. Clo grinned. "I knew that lake was a good idea."
